The current period will be archived in an Excel spreadsheet and then stored in the Nominee and Category history.

The following will be reset for the next period:

• Nomination Counts
• The "Is Votable?" field

The following will be deleted:

• Nominees Pending Approval
• Nominations Pending Approval

The following will be carried forward to the new period:

• Categories
• Nominees and Nominee Data
• Nominee and Subcategory Relationship
• Settings
• User Accounts

As well, the period dates will be updated by one year automatically.
